Jesús Contreras Licea

Graduated from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. He is a professor of Corporate Law at Anáhuac University, specializing in Bursary and Financial Law, as well as he leads the Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, and Fintech Diploma program at Anáhuac University in Cancun and has masters degrees in International Trade and Commerce Law and Banking Law. Contreras has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked for prominent firms and currently serves as a Partner at BaRoCo Law, focusing on Financial, Bursary, Fintech Law, and as a Real Estate Advisor.

Angel Robles

Lawyer graduated from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. With over seventeen years of extensive experience in real estate matters, Robles specializes in civil, administrative, registry, and tax law. He is also an expert in family law, estate planning, civil and commercial contracts, fiduciary law, pledge guarantees, and corporate advisory services for all types of national and foreign legal entities. Robles regularly participates in various continuing education courses, including those offered by the Notary Public College of Mexico City, and has several postgraduate degrees, including a Master’s degree from the Pan-American Institute for Senior Management of Companies (IPADE BUSINESS SCHOOL) and another in Financial Law Institutions from Universidad Panamericana. In the real estate industry, Robles has advised individuals and legal entities, including construction companies, on various stages of negotiations related to the acquisition, disposition, planning, construction, leasing, and regularization of all types of properties.

Sebastían Barrera

Graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosí. With over 10 years of experience, Sebastián’s career as a Lawyer is distinguished by his roles as an associate at Peláez Barrera & Asociados, S.C., subsequently at Barrera Barrera Abogados, S.C., and Mendez, Barrón y Asociados, S.C. He also held the position of Closing Manager and Legal Advisor at Secure Title Latin America, INC. Currently as partner at Baroco Law, he specializes at real estate advisory, tax, and financial law; providing legal counsel to both national and international clients, including buyers, sellers, and real estate developers, he places particular emphasis on restricted areas and real estate tax advisory to maximize benefits for all his clients.

Francisco Zapata

Francisco, a graduate of Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, is an experienced real estate advisor with over 5 years of experience. He has held key roles at RDA, O’Gorman & Hagerman, and Ronival Real Estate Los Cabos as a lawyer. He specializes in property acquisition for both national and international clients, as well as land disincorporation of ejido lands. His expertise is underscored by his completion of the Lawgic Real Estate Law course.
