Jesús Contreras Licea
Lawyer graduated from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. He has been a professor of Corporate Law at Anáhuac University, IEST, where he teaches the Bursary and Financial Law module of the Corporate Law Master's degree. He is also the head of the Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies and Fintech Diploma at Anáhuac University in Cancun. Additionally, he has been invited as a speaker to events related to Web 3, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Contreras has several postgraduate degrees, including two master's degrees. One in International Trade and Commerce Law from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and the other in Financial Law Institutions from Universidad Panamericana. He also has studies as a specialist in Amparo Law from the same university and a diploma from the Mexico Institute of Technology in Business Law. With over 14 years of experience in the public and private financial sector, Contreras has worked for "tier one" firms such as Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa and CIA; and Ortíz, Sosa, Ysusi and CIA. For over five years, he served as Associate General Counsel for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC Mexico. Currently, he works at BaRoCo Law, where he is a Partner responsible for the Financial, Bursary, and Fintech Law areas and Real State Advisor.
Ángel Robles Santisteban
Lawyer graduated from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. With over seventeen years of extensive experience in real estate matters, Robles specializes in civil, administrative, registry, and tax law. He is also an expert in family law, estate planning, civil and commercial contracts, fiduciary law, pledge guarantees, and corporate advisory services for all types of national and foreign legal entities. Robles regularly participates in various continuing education courses, including those offered by the Notary Public College of Mexico City, and has several postgraduate degrees, including a Master's degree from the Pan-American Institute for Senior Management of Companies (IPADE BUSINESS SCHOOL) and another in Financial Law Institutions from Universidad Panamericana.
